These are important and FUN meetings!! After an informal gathering period, each meeting begins with general announcements which may cover District and Council events, news and updates from the National Council, awards and recognition from the Commissioner staff, guest presentations and special surprises. After the general session, there are break-out meetings for Cub Scout, Boy Scout & Venturing leaders that are designed to help you bring that month’s theme to your unit. You will leave Roundtable with information you can use in your Pack, Troop or Crew right away!
Roundtable is also a networking opportunity! Come meet fellow leaders! Share success stories! Hear how other experienced leaders have solved many of the same challenges you are facing! These informal discussions are almost as valuable as the Roundtable meeting itself.
Although Roundtable is for every Scout Leader, every Unit is strongly encouraged to send at least one representative.
Dress: Usually Class A uniform, Class B when we meet at PHSR or other outdoor locations.
